In case of applying by mail, a Prepaid Return Envelope (only Xpresspost is accepted) should be included to return the documents. After the visa process allow up to 2~3 working days to put in the mail. It is strongly advised to pick up in person if you have impending travel schedules.

    -  Application submissions : 9:00 ~ 12:00 (Monday~Friday)
    -  Pick-up : 9:00 ~ 16:30 (Monday~Friday)

A. NORTARIZED CRIMINAL RECORDS SEARCH CERTIFICATE

• Must be issued within the last 3 months by Ontario or Manitoba police
• Notarization on the copy of original certificate* is required

B. VERIFICATION OF ACADEMIC DEGREE

• Notarization on the copy of degree* 
  *Consular Seal must be affixed by Korean Consulate before sending the documents to korea.

C. MEDICAL EXAM CERTIFICATE / ALIEN REGISTRATION

• You must make Alien Registration at your District Immigration Office (OR Branch Office) within 90 days after your arrival in Korea. And, when you register, You MUST submit your Health Certificate obtained from the hospital which has been designated by the Korean Government.
• Complete Health self-assessment form and send it to employer in Korea
